Return Requests

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at VeLess.shop@outlook.com.

To help us process your request efficiently, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem, where applicable

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Eligibility

Where a return is approved, items should be returned:

  • In their original packaging where possible
  • With all included accessories and contents
  • In a condition suitable for inspection

We may request additional information before approving a return.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by email after your request has been reviewed.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error, please contact our support team before sending anything back. Each request will be reviewed individually in accordance with our policies and any applicable consumer laws.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a replacement product, please contact us and we’ll advise on the quickest available option.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Once processed by us, financial institutions may take several business days to complete the transaction.
