At VeLess, we believe in less waiting, more exploring. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with the goal of getting your smart gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work to get your order moving as soon as possible.
Delivery Times
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are generally 1–14 business days, depending on your location, local courier services, and customs processing where applicable. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays outside our control may occur.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
- Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at VeLess.shop@outlook.com.
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.
